1. Do my customers need a PayFilez account?
No. Your customers will be able to purchase an item instantly. After that, they will see the download link on the final page to get their item.

2. I don't have a web site can I still use your service to sell my digital good?
Yes, you can list your item in our marketplace and customers will be able to purchase it directly.

3. How long does it take for a customer to receive their download?
Your customers should be able to download immediately after paying for your item if their payment is cleared. Once they click on the "Continue" link/button at the payment site, they will be taken to a download page.

4. Is there a limit to the number of items I can sell in your system?
No, there are no limits. You can sell as many as you want.

5. How do I delete an product?
You can delete your product from your seller account area.

6. How much does PayFilez cost?
We are only charging 10% for each sale an seller sold. So you get 90% of the price.

7. How much does PayFilez pay for affiliate?
We are paying 5% for each sale an affiliate sold.

8. How many times can a customer download my product?
Once (one time). The marketplace system only allow one time buy/download. When a customer click on the download link, the system will automatically change and prevent him/her to revisit the download link. It will be considered "EXPIRED".

9. Can PayFilez host our files?
YES! We are allowing sellers to upload their digital files. The MAX Limit of each uploaded file is 15 Mb or 15360 kb.

10. Payment Options for withdrawal?
Both sellers and affiliates could withdraw money earned through multiples payment processors.

11. How do I receive payment for my sales?
By logging in your account, you will see the "cashout history" section where you can request cash-out / withdrawal. Your request will be reviewed and approved within 72 hours or less.

12. What file formats are acceptable?
To name a few:

13. Why I'm logged out when trying to update my profile, add/edit/delete products, etc?
Do this: Login & Logout. Login again and it should be okay.

14. How long will it take to complete payouts?
Some payment processors such as PayPal, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay CAN revert (chargeback) payments. Payout will be on HOLD for up to a week unless a chargeback had been raised. If raised, then no payout until chargeback is settled.
For others such as Liberty Reserve, c-gold, EuroGoldCash, RoutePay, HD-Money, GlobalDigitalPay, HooPay DO NOT revert payments, payouts will be instant (within 2 days).
